Shipping Policy

Every order from Gyzele's Salon & Spa is sourced, selected, and prepared with intention. We take pride in delivering a luxury experience — and that means we never rush quality.

Each bundle is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets our premium standard before it ever leaves our hands. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information directly to your email.

By purchasing on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Gyzele's Salon & Spa does not accept returns.

We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:

  • Must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Hair must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and uncolored

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Photos must be submitted via email for review

If the hair shows any signs of use, the exchange will be denied. We do not offer exchanges due to shipping delays, dissatisfaction with curl or wave pattern (raw hair naturally varies by bundle), or buyer's remorse.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled. Our raw bundles begin sourcing immediately after payment is received — this is how we ensure every order is fresh, premium, and prepared just for you.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Gyzele's Salon & Spa, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed our product descriptions and understand that raw hair may naturally vary

  • You have reviewed and agreed to our Shipping Policy

  • You have reviewed and agreed to our Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have provided accurate shipping information

  • You understand that carrier delays by USPS or UPS are outside of Gyzele's Salon & Spa's control and are not our responsibility

 

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. The personal information you provide — including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details — is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you about it.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to outside parties. All payments are securely processed through Wix's encrypted payment system.
